Shipping Policy

At Five and Field, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care that goes into every item we offer.

Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items

Items that are ready to ship or for pickup are in stock and will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.

Preorder Items

Preorder items are products that have been ordered from our suppliers and are not yet in our possession. Once we receive the preorder item(s), your order will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.

We do our best to provide accurate estimated arrival times. The arrival time noted is the arrival to US. We will then have to ship your product to you after it arrives to us. Please note that preorder arrival dates are estimates and may vary due to supplier, manufacturing, or shipping delays that are outside of our control.

Orders Containing Both RTS and Preorder Items

If your order contains both Ready-to-Ship and Preorder items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items have arrived. If you would like RTS items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's delivery progress.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our stated processing times, delays may occasionally occur due to holidays, severe weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Five and Field is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Five and Field is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
